  • Our services are completely free of charge. Global Venue Reservations simplifies the venue-finding process for our clients. Our commission is from the venue and is never added to the clients’ bill after the event.

  • Simply share your event specifications with us, including details such as date, location preferences, and any specific requirements you have.

  • Once Global Venue Reservations identifies suitable hotels, we can secure a block of rooms on your behalf without requiring any confirmation. Unsold rooms are released on agreed-upon dates.

  • We host events in most countries. However, we have yet to do an event in Antarctica.

  • Our personalised and free services, combined with a global network of venue options, set us apart. Global Venue Reservations prioritises making the process seamless for our clients.

  • Whilst advance allows for a wider variety of results, we are able to step in. We have plenty of experience with last-minute bookings and planning. We would be delighted to take on those last-minute bookings.

  • We strive to provide prompt service. Once we have your specifications, we aim to present a detailed venue proposal as quickly as possible. Even if this requires a 24 turnaround.
